What's the actual catch?
There isn’t a hidden one — but there is a trade: you agree to have high-efficiency solar installed as part of getting the free roof, reimbursement check, or home improvement credit. The incentives exist to fund solar adoption. If solar isn’t right for your roof or situation, we’ll tell you that on the free assessment call, no charge either way.
Does checking my eligibility affect my credit score?
No. The credit range question on our form is a self-reported estimate to help us match you to the right program. Any formal credit check happens later in the process, only if you choose to move forward, and you’ll be told before it happens.
Is my roof actually included, or just the solar panels?
If you qualify for the Roof Replacement Program, your full roof is replaced and backed by a 50-year roof warranty, in addition to the 25-year warranty on your solar system. This isn’t a patch job — it’s a full tear-off and replacement by our in-house crew.
How long does the whole process take?
Your free assessment takes about 15 minutes over the phone or at your home. If you move forward, most installations — including a full roof replacement — are completed within a few weeks, depending on permitting in your municipality.
